Day 1: Arrive in Casablanca

Day 2: Casablanca – Fes – Volubilis – Meknes

This UNESCO World Heritage Site is well-known for its magnificent columns, archways, and mosaics that have been maintained. Our journey will go to the imperial city of Meknes, the capital of the Ismailis, after you have finished exploring Volubilis.
You will see famous locations including the Moulay Ismail Mausoleum, Royal Stables, Sahrij Souani Basin, and Bab Al-Mansour Gate here. You will go to Fes in the late afternoon and stay overnight in a typical riad.

Day 3: Fes – Ifrane – Midelt – Ziz Valley – Merzouga

You’ll have time for a leisurely lunch in Midelt as we continue our adventure. With its verdant palm groves and breathtaking vistas, the picturesque Ziz Valley will be traversed throughout our trip.
We reach Merzouga, the famous entrance to the Sahara Desert, in the afternoon. We’ll exchange your car for camels here and set out on a memorable journey across the golden dunes.
Before arriving at your opulent desert tent, you will see the breathtaking sunset over the Sahara. You will enjoy a delectable dinner, dancing around a campfire, and traditional Berber music while spending the night outside.

Day 4: Merzouga – Rissani – Todra Gorges – Dades Valley
Sunrise marks the beginning of the fourth day of the journey. We ride camels back to Merzouga after breakfast, where your driver is waiting for you.
The trip continues to Rissani, a trading hub and the former capital of Tafilalet. You will have the opportunity to see the traditional souk, which is brimming with regional crafts and items.
We then travel to Erfoud, which is well-known for its crafts made of fossilized marble. We reach the magnificent Todra Gorges after passing past the charming Touroug and Tinjdad palm fields.
The gorges are especially appealing to rock climbers, and the majestic red cliffs make for a wonderful setting for exploring.
Following lunch, we travel on to the Dades Valley, which is renowned for its expansive vistas and unusual “monkey fingers” rock formations. You will have dinner and spend the night in a comfortable hotel in the center of the valley as the day comes to an end.

Day 5: Dades Valley – Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – Marrakech
We will travel through the stunning scenery of Kalaat M’Gouna, a city renowned for its Rose Valley, on the last day of your visit. The area celebrates the flowers with a Rose Festival every year in May, featuring a variety of items laced with roses.
We’ll continue our journey through Skoura’s palm groves until we arrive in Ouarzazate, which is known as the “Hollywood of Africa” due to its movie studios.
You will have the chance to tour this cinematic hotspot, where numerous well-known films have been shot. Your next destination is the famous Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, a fortified village that has been featured in many TV series and movies, such as Gladiator and Game of Thrones, and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
You will get the opportunity to explore its narrow passageways and enjoy the breathtaking vistas. The Tizi-n-Tichka Pass will be our final route across the High Atlas Mountains, with pauses for lunch and photo opportunity along route.
