Booking & Reservations

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • A booking is confirmed only after you receive written confirmation from Ifoulki Travel Agency.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking if necessary.

Payments

  • A deposit may be required to confirm your reservation.
  • The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment terms provided at the time of booking.
  • We accept approved payment methods listed on our website.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email.
  • Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation date and any non-refundable expenses already incurred.
  • No refunds may be available for unused services after the tour has started.
  • Ifoulki Travel Agency reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, guests will be offered an alternative tour or a refund where applicable.

Changes to Itineraries

While we strive to follow every itinerary as planned, we reserve the right to modify routes, accommodations, transportation, or schedules due to weather, road conditions, safety concerns, government regulations, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate booking information.
  • Ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and travel documents.
  • Arriving on time for departures and scheduled activities.
  • Following the instructions of guides and drivers.
  • Respecting local customs, laws, and cultural traditions.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:

  • Trip cancellation
  • Medical emergencies
  • Personal injury
  • Lost baggage
  • Travel delays

Travel insurance is the responsibility of the traveler.

Health & Safety

Guests should inform us before booking of any medical conditions, allergies, mobility limitations, or dietary requirements that may affect their participation in a tour.

Participation in tours is at the traveler’s own risk.

Limitation of Liability

Ifoulki Travel Agency acts as an organizer of travel services and works with trusted local suppliers. We are not liable for delays, accidents, injuries, losses, natural disasters, political events, strikes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
